Enhance functionality of + and - Buttons for stock management

Currently, the + and - buttons provide a convenient way to adjust stock levels incrementally. However, it would be beneficial to extend this functionality by allowing users to modify stock quantities using absolute values. For instance, having the ability to directly set the stock from 99 to 3 would enhance the overall usability of the system.
