UCO material can't be made with current UO2 #46
Description
New materials implementation added s(a,b) into UO2 definition. OpenMC doesn't support mixing of materials with s(a,b) tables, which means UCO cannot initialize and is skipped. Functionality should be added so UO2 can be mixed in.
