Collection descriptions are not being imported

Collection descriptions aren't being imported, even though I checked to see if they're in the import. I even made an import that is just my collections and it's finishing instantly.

I'm also noticing that collection notes are also not getting imported.

Why do you mean by collection notes?

Sorry, I was on mobile and couldn't get all the screenshots. I'm talking about the note that you can leave on each item in a collection. Currently, I think the only way to see it is by going to the media item's main page and clicking on the collection that it's part of.
