It would be even less intrusive compared to using mitm/debugging proxy, because in my experience certain apps/services still can detect the use of HTTPS proxy, even when the app is patched (maybe it is done by checking cert details, finger print or I have no idea). But what if there was a possibility to simply log all requests?
