Tips and tricks to ensure a smooth review process. Please read this carefully and apply the changes if necessary.
Submission Checklist:
- All authors must be listed with full FIRST NAME and LAST NAME, incl. their email and affiliation.
- Submit your paper to the proper subtrack on EasyChair (Working Note papers and Quest for Insights papers are separate).
- Make sure that the title, list of authors (incl. affiliations), and the abstract of the paper, and the information provided on EasyChair are the same.
Paper Checklist:
- You must use the official LaTeX or Word template.
- Papers must not be longer than 5 pages, with an extra 1-2 pages for references.
- At the end of the paper, there needs to be a statement/disclosure on the use of AI.
- Your submission must include the required references and citations of the NewsImages papers (3 papers in total, see README).
- There needs to be a link to the workflow for each of your runs (ideally, a GitHub repository; a copy thereof will be shared after the event in this repository).
- The paper must include a Results section where you compare your run performance with the baselines (this is the information sent to you after the online survey has been completed).
