Chocolate options don't apply #35
Description
The integrated settings of Chocolate Descent don't apply to the game. Whether I want to switch to windows mode, applying vsync or switch on integer scaling nothing applies. In the midi settings you can apply changes, but only when selecting something (e.g. fluidsynth) and press ESC after that, pressing ENTER or SPACEBAR don't work and won't change anything.
