[QUESTION] Compatibility with oldschool SW/HW?

I started to relive an old PC, but a good old PC, I mean from 2005~ year. This is an AMD Sempron AM3 @ 2Ghz with 16GB DDR3, with adapted SSD, and a ATi HD 3870 over Windows XP.

Piccu can ran on this?
I want to test all improrvements of PE but on old HW/SW

Is this feasible?
Or totally not? ☹️
