Enhancement "f" and "l" Parameters of Search API

The export endpoint is /intelligent/search/export. This endpoint has been documented here: https://help.intelx.io/api/search/#intelligentsearchexport

Note, in the proposed code it is still incorrect: master...cmlh/Python/feat/API_Export#diff-5017575d1547d49d039169b2950388b053edf1c26030bf1fb36b2e9dd5735e2eR433
