Configuring CNFS buffers without wrapping

Adam W. suggests in news.software.nntp that CNFS would be better if there was a way to throttle a server when it is about to rotate the buffer and there's no other available CNFS buffer to store the article (he does not want to lose articles, and would add a new buffer when needed and unthrottle the server).

Maybe it could be implemented as a new keyword in cycbuff.conf like nowrap:<buffer>[,<buffer>,...] to list cyclic buffers that should not wrap.
