Linking experimental Medley versions on the project site

As discussed in the July 24, 2024 external meeting, we may link on the project site the MS-DOS version of Medley and possibly other historical or experimental builds, such as the DarkStar/WebAssembly one. Along with minimal instructions the links may go in a section on the Welcome to the Medley Interlisp Experience page, on Install and Run, or a separate page under Software > Install and Run > Experimental builds.

The MS-DOS version could be provided as a compressed archive for local installation on actual or emulated PCs, and/or a link to an instance running online under an emulator.

In the September 10, 2025 external meeting we agreed to link the WASM version from the Project page, so this issue is subsumed by PR #297.
