CIB: Add Beneficiary and Beneficiary Payments

The CIB endpoint doesn't currently support CIB beneficiaries and payments.

Please add similar functionality and allow transaction limits to be configurable.

Out of curiosity: are you building something specific that needs this functionality? Would love to understand your use case better (if you’re keen to share), and it might also be something we can explore in an upcoming community build or meetup.

Our org is relatively decentralised and as a result we have around 50 bank accounts we need to manage. As you can imagine, it is quite painful to administer all these accounts (load recipients, create payments, auth payments, pull account statements). Furthermore, the number of accounts are set to increase.

We are developing a software system that will help manage the payments/procurement process from beginning to end, and the one bit we cannot automate yet is the physical data / payment entry function at the end of this pipeline.

I'm having a torrid time getting API specs from our other banking partners and Investec does not seem to have this function yet for CIB accounts. If we could have this feature, I would happily move all our accounts over to Investec.
