Feature Request: Webhook support for account transactions

It would be great to have webhook support so we can receive real-time notifications when transactions occur on accounts. This would help with building real-time applications.

Use Cases

• Real-time fraud detection and monitoring
• Instant balance notifications for mobile apps
• Automated reconciliation processes
• Live transaction feeds for dashboards
• Event-driven microservice architectures

Proposed Implementation

1. Webhook Registration: Allow developers to register webhook URLs via the developer portal
2. Event Types: Support different event types (transaction.created, transaction.settled, balance.updated)
3. Security: Include HMAC signatures for webhook verification
4. Retry Logic: Implement exponential backoff for failed webhook deliveries
5. Rate Limiting: Reasonable limits to prevent abuse

Of course this implies it's only for card transactions and not all transactions.
