[Mod Compat] MixinTransformerError when trying to open the resource pack menu with Packed Packs installed

Expected Behavior

The resource pack menu opens when clicking the button in the menu.

Actual Behavior

The menu does not open, and an error is sent to the console.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Launch Minecraft.
2. Open the options menu and click the "Resource Packs" button.

Test Environment

Minecraft Version: 1.21.11
Fabric Loader Version: 0.18.4

Installed Mods:

• Fabric API [0.141.3+1.21.11]
• Packed Packs [2.0.3+1.21.11-patch.1]
• VTDownloader [2.4.1+1.21.11]
