[FEATURE REQUEST] User-Customiseable Highlight Order #2273

Current Behavior (if any)
Unlike tags, inherently only one highlight colour can be applied to a game at any given time. If multiple highlight categories are selected, the prioritisation order of which one gets used is fixed by the extension.
Desired Behavior
User-selectable ordering for the highlight categories (suggested: click-and-drag visual ordering on the extension's "Store" options page).
Motivation / Use Case for Changing the Behavior
I tend to use "following" a game as a prequel state for wishlisting something, where I'm not quite sure yet if it's worth adding to the wishlist, but I still want to keep tabs on it as it develops. So for me, something being added to the wishlist is a higher-status state, than a game which is merely "Followed". However, highlighting is currently fixed to prioritise the "Followed" state over the "Wishlisted" state.
