Description
Expected Behavior
With option "Open external links in a new tab" checked:
Left clicking links in steam guides to external sites will open them in a new tab, regardless of disable confirmation status
Actual Behavior
With both options checked: They open in the current tab, mostly, see test url
both unchecked: All links from test url open in a new tab
Test url: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3257841744
At the bottom there are four links, github, reddit, gamebanana and techpowerup
Both unchecked all open in new tab. (at steam link filter page for all except oddly reddit is not linked to it at all, and gamebanana is, but auto bypasses)
Both checked: All but reddit open in same tab., with link filter bypassed. Reddit opens in new tab still.
Only disable confirmation checked, unchecked open in new tab:
Same, reddit still opens in new tab, other 3 dont.
Middle click: All open in new tab, but confirmation is not disabled for github and techpowerup (better if script modifies linkfilter pages for cases such as these).
Steps to Reproduce the Problem
- Visit https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3257841744
