Fake low on a bg result

Yeah, basically it tries to read an sgv value but fails to and i made it default to 0 mg/dl clamped to 40 mg/dl when there's data missing so basically the fix is to branch the processing of the data instead of mixing sgv and MBG
Bad decision from me but swirling to cinnamon for the nightscout client should help handling it.
