Beetroot sometimes responds with "The application did not respond"

When running /bg or /graph, Beetroot sometimes responds with "The application did not respond", even though the linked Nightscout is up.

Currently rewriting beetroot with the poise framework, wait for the v1 to release and if the error keeps happening I'll look into it.
