Problem with Skillchains Lua.

Running this in Windower, and whenever I try to reload it I get the message that it isn't loaded, along with this message:

Lua syntax error: skillchains/skillchains.lua:7: unexpected symbol near '<'

I'm sure it's something simple, but since I don't have any experience on writing add-ons, I figured it would be easier to write a message detailing the problem.
