Support DSi WiFi and IPv6

BlocksDS has supported DSi WiFi mode and IPv6 for a few months now. It would be great to update this tool to make it work with that.

Adding DSi mode support is as easy as providing an extra flag when initializing WiFi, adding support for IPv6 is a bit more annoying, but not that much.

Hi Antonio, PR #17 implements WiFi for the DSi. I'm going to take a look into the IPv6 support. I'm an advocate for it.

To do:

• create a release for PR Fix compilation with blocksds 14+ and enable dsi wifi support #17 (an actual .nds file).
• implement IPv6.
• create a release for the IPv6 feature.

If I can get IPv6 working relatively fast, I'll just do a single release with both features.

IPv6 support is not as trivial as I thought. The library I use, coreSNTP does not support it. I wanted to use the upstream library as-is but I guess I can fork it. Sounds like a fun project from a technical perspective.
