Ability to Force Settings on all players who join server

Hello! I don't really know where else to ask this, but could you add a feature in the mod that allows server owners to force all players who join a server to have specific settings? I'm currently making a modpack and server for me and a few friends to play on where everything but the hand and the crosshair are hidden to make the pack more immersive (I have mods that add blood splatters to your screen when you're low on health and noises when you're hungry.

Hi, this has been in the plans for a long time, unfortunately I don't have the time to be working on features for this mod (only doing updates when new versions come out at the moment), feel free to make a pull request and implement the feature! If not, then ill implement it as soon as i have more free time!
