Unable to upload SBOL 2 file

Hi @hplahar,

I'm having a problem uploading SBOL 2 documents, both manually and via the API. An example file is enclosed. This passes the SBOL Validator (https://validator.sbolstandard.org/) even allowing for the "Check best practices" step.

Could you please look into this and / or send me an example of the SBOL 2 version / dialect that is supported?

I am using libSBOLj 2.2.1 to parse sbol documents and in this instance it is returning the following error:

sbol-10105: An SBOL document MUST be serialized as a well-formed RDF/XML file that adheres to the grammar defined by: “https://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-syntax-grammar/” Reference: SBOL Version 2.1.0 Section 10 on page 58

I am going to use libSBOLj v2.4.0 and clean up the code (I was coming from 2.1.0 so it is using a lot of deprecated methods). I will keep you posted.

I'm having the same problem. Even downloading sbol documents from ICE I can't re-upload that same document to an entry. Any update would be greatly appreciated.
