FitLDA issue

Hello,
When trying to run fitLDA() anytime I try to use the ncores option I get a warning message that says “warning: package:stats may not be available when loading” and i do not get the message after saying it’s fitting the first model after that warning. Sometimes the warning pops up once other times multiple times in a row before I kill the process. When I try to stop it I get the error message “error: object deconProp not found” I do not have this issue when I exclude the ncores option but it then took 8.5 hours to do 15 models and is only using 1/4 cores available.

I used restrictcorpus with my clean counts, what I set Ks to does not make a difference.
