GOSI10: remove Aral Sea

@timgraham-Met reported that there may be some interest in a branch configuration ahead of GC7 to get remove the 'no longer existing' Aral Sea from our ocean configurations because it causes a 15 deg difference in surface temperature between the UM analysis and EC analysis.

@DaveStorkey to liaise with @timgraham-Met to find out the best solution.

There is a further question for GC7 with regards to whether the FLake lake model is able to provide a better representation of inland seas than NEMO. If it is able to, then it might make sense to remove all lakes/inland seas from NEMO in the coupled model. I think ECMWF use FLake even for the Great Lakes.

To remove all the seas, you don't need to change the domain_cfg you just need to set ln_closea=.false.

I think we might do for the coupled model as we would need to define the atmosphere land fraction based on the NEMO domain_cfg file without lakes. There may be a way to do this by combining it with a lake mask though

If from GC7, the couple configurations stop using the lakes from NEMO then we should check with other stakeholders if they require them. If they don't we could remove them from GOSI all together.
@oceanaguiar , do you know if there is other requirement for lakes. I have the feeling I asked before but I can't remember the answer!
