Boat Issues for 1.16.5 Forge

{I am not sure whether or not these issues have been addressed, and if there are any solutions for them}

While playing on 1.16.5 forge...

-Hitbox to enter boat will always be at the bottom of the ocean floor

-When disassembling boat back into blocks, ship leaves floating waterfalls in the air where it was (don't know if this is fixable)

-Boat randomly drifts upwards and downwards while attempting to drive it (this renders the lift jack fairly useless)

-Boat moves very slowly or often doesn't move at all even while holding control key

that sounds quite broken, will look into it when I get more time

I thought I fixed a good deal of those, some of the rendering ones might not be fixable, but the others should be
