recognizer = cv2.face.LBPHFaceRecognizer_create() AttributeError: module 'cv2.cv2' has no attribute 'face'

I've tried every single suggestions at least from 100 forums and no luck... everything is the newest version, contrib installed, cv updated, Ubuntu, Python, libraries, everything is the last version...
Do anybody have the same problem?

Try to use the correct version of Python, 3.6 and not the latest. It changes everything
