Add SlideRule as an optional dependency (may have to switch to pixi rather than only providing an environment yaml) so users can generate high-confidence ATL03 (maybe ATL06 depending on terrain type?) points over defined AOI and save locally as a geoparquet -> then used in xdem coregistration call if desired
