Feature Request: Heatmap Color Configuration
Current Status
MENTOR Dendrograms with headmap output illustrate all columns as the same color. The original (left) illustrates all values within the heatmap output as the same (blue/red gradient or black and white for presence / absence). The desired is the right handed version wherein users can provide group labels for the columns to colorize by "type" of column:
