"Show Frames" enabled does not automatically disable blackout.

When you enable "Show Frames", the plugin shows the frame display, but it does not automatically disable blackout.

You have to manually disable blackout to see the frames when checking or updating the startup frame value.

When you're done with "Show Frames", you have to manually enable blackout to return to normal operation.

Thanks for reporting all these issues. I tried to simplify the options but I realized recently that it was a bit more complicated and there was some expected behavior. I will work on redoing how this all works.
