Set default tab for side filters #2109

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing open and closed issues.
Feature Request
It will be great if we have an option to set the default sidebar tab when opening a bank.
Better if it works for the first opening bank in the starting session (for example, only reagents), then keep reminding the selected tab if we choose another one.
