Provide binaries

I'm not fully sure if this is possible, but if we could get a pre-compiled version to download on top of the sources that would greatly help.

I now have to download 5gb of Xcode in order to run the install script. Depending on your bandwidth this can means a lot of time.

I've updated the repo to include a binary. It was built on OS X 10.11, so let me know if it works / doesn't work for you. I'll gladly provide pre-build plugins for people who don't have Xcode, but if people are reading this and they do have Xcode, I would recommend building it on your own machine just in case.

You can use the pre-built plugin by copying the PlugIns directory into the AVRCPAgent directory

cp -r ./prebuilt/PlugIns ./AVRCPAgent/

Then running the install

./install.sh install

Note I separated build and install steps in the install.sh script, so if you're not using the binary, you need to run "./install.sh build" first.

Sorry it took so long, I've been doing school / work and had to put GitHub aside for a little. I'm going to keep this issue open in case the binary doesn't work on machines other than 10.11 for whatever reason so I can try to tweak it.
