Unclear how to set the overall (physical) size of the project

Currently (v0.8.0 beta), it is not clear in the UI what is the actual size of the model, nor how to change it.

The Dimensioning Tool might (?) help with that, but it is not clear how to use it either.

Regarding changing the model size: The "dimensioning tool" works by dragging a line segment on one of the planar sections that is of a known length you want it to be, once the line segment has been defined, a dialog asks what length that line segment should be (I believe offhand this is in cm). After pressing OK, the entire model is uniformly scaled such that the length along the line segment is set to the provided value (e.g. I have a square and I draw a horizontal line segment from one edge to the other, then specify 5.0 in the dialog, this would result in a re-scaled square that is 5cm x 5cm.

I definitely agree that there could be a far better way to convey the size of the model (e.g. from orthographic views, a legend showing what length on screen corresponds to what the model's actual length would be), and that the dimensioning tool could use some work.
