Methods for variables where paleo-reconstructions are available

When a paleo reconstruction is available, the user would need to add the type of method they would need to use according to their intercomparison project framework, or any other framework

In PlioMIP3, for example, we need:

• Anomaly method: Lakes (lake cover), topography (z in icmsh) and bathymetry (Lake depth)
• Replace method: ice sheets (snow depth), sst (sst)
• Look up tables (Branched from the replaced method): Type of vegetation, type of soils, Volumetric soil water layers, vegetation cover, and leaf area index

Therefore we need to determine the classes of each type for replacement.
