Add some kinematics and PARAM files for checkout

hallc_replay is to be the source for future replays for future experiments. Several runs from previous experiments should be added to appropriate standard_.kinematics and standard_.database file for checkout.
This include:
1.) HMS standalone DAQ
2.) SHMS standalone DAQ
3.) COIN DAQ

Most recent replays for single-arm runs are from XEM2 run period in 2022/2023
Most recent replays for coincidence running are from PionLT run period, 2022.

The MAPS files differ between these experiments and there is no dynamic loading of maps currently in the SCRIPTS.
