Implementing the Offline Baseline Fitting In hps-mc #397
Description
Due to the advent of clas12 at jlab, it has become necessary to have the baseline job run through hps-mc so that it would automatically be configured to use swif2. This issue will include in hps-mc/example a directory called baseline which has the required hps-mc script to run baseline reconstruction up to the 2dhisto stage. Afterwards the files from this ought to be hadded together, and we may consider including a later hps-mc processor to handle the 2d-histo to complete .dat file.
