Code formatting

I'd recommend using https://csharpier.com/ for uniform code formatting.

There's an easy way to set up VS Code to use it on save so all the files are always formatted in an opinionated but consistent and neat way.

Thanks! I'll look into at least putting in an .editorconfig in the repo. Not sure if the JasperFx folks have some standards on this stuff or not, but might be good to follow this. Will research.

Thanks @JeffryGonzalez. I've experimented with the .editorconfig and it's not portable at all.

For context, we had people on the team on three major OS - Win, Mac, and Linux. They'll use IDEs like Visual Studio (with or without Resharper), VS Code, Rider.

We found that .editorconfig support is inconsistent across IDEs and platforms.

So the best option we settled on was csharpier that is on the formatters side of the spectrum with minimal configuration options (just one - width 😄 - and that's sufficient). Unlike other side of the spectrum (e.g. .editorconfig) that offers many configuration options but it's harder to reach consensus with any group of people.

P.S. we chose width=80 (default is 120 IIRC) -- much better for PR split view, esp. on laptops and phones.
