CritterApi - Marten Config 

Change the [Marten configuration](https://github.com/JeffryGonzalez/CritterStackTemplate/blob/main/JasperFxTemplates/examples/CritterApi/CritterStackExtensions.cs#L27)  to use the  [Optimized Artifact Workflow](https://martendb.io/configuration/optimized_artifact_workflow.html).

I love getting the `if` statements out of here. And it seems like they are buried in that option.
