@Keeperorowner Please try the latest CI build to see if the problem is fixed.

In your provided libart.so , the symbol for method MarkVisiblyInitialized is found, which should be the caused of this issue.
By constrast, this symbol is not found on my device, and hence the issue is not reproducible on my device.
