Allow students to withdraw themselves from a course, but retain data in case s/he rejoins #91
Description
As above. Students may accidentally sign up and withdraw again. In any case data should be retained in case the students signs up later again (e.g., based on accidental removal). Rule of thumb: No data should be lost.
For the evaluation, only signed-up students will be considered, of course.
