Expose Language Files

We should allow users to customize the text used by system messages. One method could be to expose the language files directly.

Before implementing, I should find that java lang library used (and maintained by?) some of the other MC modding folks before building something on my own. I'd probably be good to switch to something standard if it serves our needs here.
