add validation logic to log a message and remove any rows with ticket only entries

if there are no events selected, only tickets, the entire row should be deleted. Master Clark normally does this, but the process is error prone and he misses some of them.

Low importance. We currently flag any registration entries that don't result in assigning someone into a ring for an event. This is sufficient for now.
