Mouse out of a field doesn't retain the changes to the data.

Determine if there is a way to get PanasTables to retain changes if you exit a field by clicking elsewhere. Currently you must hit enter to record data that has been changed in a field

This probably won't happen as long as we're using PandasTable. I spent several hours with the help AI to override this behavior without success. If you revisit it, try to do it as a PR to PanadasTable core class. I tried hooking the TKinter messages without succes, and I tried developing patch with Monkey Patch without success. With both approaches I could get it to make it stay in the UI until the next re-draw, but I coudn't get it to correctly update the underlying data model.
