Options for output size?

Hi

I encountered that the generated pod5 file was too big for our file system (1 TB limit) and figured that it would be great to have some options for specifying output sizes to avoid something like this.

Ideas for options could be:

• max file size (GB)
• make files with X reads per file
• split reads to X output files
