Not working with storyboard...

How do i use this with storyboard... i have setup a view on storyboard and assigned that view with your custom class...connected the view from the storyboard to my .h file then assigned the depth to the view...any thing missing??

I'm sorry not to write awakeFromNib method in STKMaterialCardView.m.
I fixed that in my new commit.

@Ka0sTie it worked..but making the whole view white...on setting the background color to something else...the card color becomes a bit dark because of the top and bottom layer...

Could you write some codes or give me comments?
For example

    _cardView = [[STKMaterialCardView alloc]initWithFrame:(CGRect){250,250,70,70}];
    _cardView.backgroundColor = [UIColor yellowColor]; //<--is this not working?
    _cardView.zDepth = 1.0;
    [self.view addSubview:_cardView]; 

// Is Material Card View's shadow not seen well?
[self.view setBackgroundColor:[UIColor redColor]];

it appears like this when cardview.zdepth = 2.0

if the view is changed its backgroundColor alpha, it becomes like that.

 view.backgroundColor = [[UIColor greenColor] colorWithAlphaComponent:0.4];
