boot from ssd on rock 5 itx

I did everything from documentation but when I try to boot from ssd either ubuntu or radxa Debian or Arabian it always sticks in iniramfs, I already spent 3 weeks to deal with it😭😭 Maybe someone can help me or give more detailed manual
