On Windows 11. I haven't tested on other OSs yet.

Do you have an MWE which exhibits this behavior ? Generally, CI shows no issues on windows, my be your case is different.

I do. Here is the input mesh.

The tetgen arguments were "pQq1.4".

It contains an .off file. It seems you did not call this from Julia ? Did you test this with the TetGen executable you compiled on windows ? I had no problems with 1.5.1 and 1.6.0 on linux.

I called it from Julia, using https://github.com/PetrKryslUCSD/FinEtoolsTetsFromTris.jl/blob/a9bdfea1da92f43d7b8409765ac200bd874e676b/src/FinEtoolsTetsFromTris.jl#L67
Since I've had that crash, I wrote out this file so it could be tested in some other ways. I can also save it in some other format. This format was preferred by Si Hang, when I had another problem a while ago.

A ok so it crashed when called from Julia. When I find time, I will try to add .off file handling from Julia here.

@sihang0592: Hang, could you have a look at https://github.com/user-attachments/files/21367408/interior_mesh.zip ? It seems to crash on windows with 1.5.1.

See #49 - the example runs on linux but crashes on mac and windows. Seems we need some debugging in tetgen.cxx .
