[BUG] In Linux Mint 19.1 I see no way to set the server directory

OS Linux Mint 19.1

Starting the server through the GUI in '/Home/user/Spigot_1.13.2/' folder, it creates all the files in the '/Home/user' directory creating a file and folder mess .It is creating the 'spigotgui.settings' in the '/Home/user' folder and not in the root directory of the 'Spigot_1.13.2' folder .

Expected behaviour is to create all files and folders in the directory that the server.jar file is in .

If this is Bug please fix and update the Manual with example start script for the GUI if needed

Tested in Windows 10 and directories and files are created in the directory of the sever.jar

i keep the GUI in the servers root directory.
I tested this also on windows 10 and it creates all files and folders in the directory that the GUI is run .

On Linux Mint it defaults to create all files and folders in the users ./Home directory instead of the directory the GUI is started in , no matter where the GUI is . This is a bad thing if someone is running separate isolated servers because they will over write each other .

Feature for later
Besides fixing the file and folder issue on Linux . it might also be a great idea to actually have the GUI handle multiple separate instances of servers and not having to have the GUI in each server directory
if this is already a feature of the network admin panel to handle local servers , it does not seem to be documented

A side effect is that starting up the GUI it always asks where the sever.jar is because it cant find it in the ./Home directory . I does not remember or save the server.jar name , not in windows 10 or Linux . it always asks on start up to set the server.jar

Honestly, I don't think this is related.... The other bug is just that there's a setting it doesn't remember properly....

This bug seems more like.... well, like it's not a bug so much as a missing feature that you can't set the server's home directory in the UI.

My latest pull request should sort of resolve this issue.... I essentially added a checkbox to let you use the server's home directory instead of SpigotGUI's home directory. I haven't tested it on Linux, though. If you can pull my fork and build it yourself maybe you can try it out.

Can you set up the sources to compile using Gradle ?
I see that JusticePro is not allowing for command line compile using maven or gradle . Problem is that who ever clones the Repo will need to create a script to enter in all the symbolic links to the java files and will need to look for the main SpigotGUI in the Core directory . Even i don't have Eclipse installed , so creating a build.gradle file will help a lot .
Thank you for the fix , maybe you can push the build gradle as well , it did take a few weeks for JusticePro to respond to my issue so the pull requests will get looked at

I'm not familiar with maven or gradle, sorry. I don't usually do much Java work, I just basically let eclipse do all the work of building it for me.
