[BUG] DD Purchases not tracked to Ticket

Description
DD purchases are captured at checkout and paid for, but not tracked to ticket.

Expected behavior
A record should be made in the database to to track which users purchased the addon.

Actual behavior
Once the purchase is complete, we cannot see who purchased the addon.

Additional context
To remediate, we will need to manually look at previous purchases and check prices to see who purchased the addon.
