Integrate the Tensioner into the main CAD

Hi KRALYN,

What do you think about integrating the Tensioning mod part into the main CAD and engineering drawings (1 csk hole required in the 90 degree z axis mount part)?

Or at the very least, the other two files in the Tensioning mod folder are not required anymore after testing. They and are confusing people and should be removed. (ie, remove this file and this file)
