Dynamic Config Webhook

• Write Go/Python/Node config server with:
  • Per-user volume creation (/opt/containerssh/homes/$USER)
  • Response with container spec: image, mounts, env, limits
• Add logging, error handling, fallback for webhook failures
• Implement reuse logic if home dir already exists
• Test webhook integration with ContainerSSH (config.url)

webhook might have to be hosted on worker node, since automatically creating home directories might otherwise be a pain in the ass
