Feature Request: HullCam VDS Compatibility

Raster Prop Monitor utilises Hullcam VDS to produce camera feeds by posting the rendered image as a texture or something similar. Perhaps sending those images at small frame rates (1-3 frames/second) over internet to the Telemachus page.

I wonder if this could use Hullcam VDS with an NDI protocol for true Mission control style.
